Overview: Established with the merger of River Cities Community Credit Union to honor Joe M. Carrigan. This scholarship specifically supports students from the Atchison area.

Award Amount: Two $2,000.00 scholarships

Geographic Scope: Specifically for the Atchison area

Eligibility Requirements:

Must be a graduating high school senior

Must be the primary member of Frontier Community Credit Union (with a primary savings account in their name)

Must be from the Atchison area

NOT eligible: employees, officers, directors, volunteers, or immediate family members and household members of such individuals

- Immediate family includes: mother/father (or in-law), brother/sister (or in-law), son/daughter (or in-law), stepchild or stepparent, grandparent or grandchild
