Jerald L. Andrews Missouri Sports Hall of Fame Scholarship Grant

The Jerald L. Andrews Missouri Sports Hall of Fame Scholarship, provided by the Community Foundation of the Ozarks, awards $1,000 annually to eligible Missouri high school seniors. To qualify, students must maintain a GPA of 2.5 to 3.0, enroll in an accredited college, and demonstrate financial need. Additionally, applicants must have participated in a sport throughout high school and submit a transcript and personal essay. This scholarship is renewable for up to three years.

The Community Foundation of the Ozarks (CFO) serves central and southern Missouri by facilitating charitable giving, managing funds, providing competitive grants, and awarding scholarships. Its programs support nonprofits through grant cycles for local projects and innovative solutions, while also offering endowment and fund-management services for donors looking to create lasting impact.
This scholarship provides one $1,000 award, renewable for up to three additional years for students who maintain a 2.5 GPA, enroll in at least 12 credit hours, and attend an accredited Missouri college or university. Eligible applicants are graduating high school seniors from Missouri with a GPA between 2.5 and 3.0 and demonstrated financial need as verified by a FAFSA-SAI form. Applicants must have participated in a sport for all four years of high school and submit a transcript along with a personal essay as part of the application process.
