Overview: A pilot program funded by The Safety Respect Equity Coalition (SRE) to help individual JCCs shift culture around gender equity, safe workplaces, and anti-harassment in their communities.

Program Details:

Pilot program with 6 selected JCCs

Each selected JCC receives:

- Over $20,000 in support and training
- $5,000 in grant money
- Program coordinator support
- Executive director and lay leader participation
- Program launch and accelerated training (following Mifgash in January 2020)
- Additional training extension at JSummit (May 2020) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
- Three instructional webinars with the JCulture cohort
- Comprehensive on-site visit
- Help creating action plan with measurable, deliverable outcomes

Eligibility:

Member JCCs of JCC Association

Selected through competitive application process

Historical Context: JCC Association was among the first 15 organizations selected by SRE (founded as a Jewish response to the #MeToo movement)
