Individual Provider Grants empower medical providers to contribute to communities through medical mission trips. These grants fund nonprofit organizations to assist with program costs. Overview

Individual Provider Grants Individual Provider Grants are designed to ignite and support the passions of medical providers to give back to communities through medical mission trips. All grant funds will be paid directly to a charitable nonprofit organization to help cover some of the program costs associated with the medical mission trip. Individual Provider Grants can be requested anytime but should be submitted at least 30-60 days in advance of the medical mission to be processed in a timely manner. All eligible grant applications will be reviewed by the Making a Difference Foundation staff and are approved by a grant committee on a monthly basis. Meeting eligibility requirements does not guarantee that grants will be funded or funded at the full amount requested.
