How to Apply

- Carefully review the grant guidelines before completing your application
2. Prepare the following documents:
- Completed Individual Grant Application form (Word or PDF)
- Detailed budget form and narrative
- Signed cover page (per guidelines)
- Any overdue follow-up reports (must be submitted with or prior to the application)
3. Submit via Email Only:
- Email completed application to foundation@altrusa.org
- You will receive a confirmation of receipt within 24 hours
- Do not mail physical applications
- Applications must be submitted by your sponsoring Altrusa Club, ASTRA Club, or District
4. After Award:
- Submit required follow-up reports
- Request approval for any changes to budget or timeline
