Overview: A program developed in response to feedback from elected Tribal leaders, offering education and technical assistance for new and seasoned elected leaders to strengthen Tribal governance and develop onboarding/orientation programs.

- Four live virtual workshops featuring presentations, guest speakers, activities, and reflection
- Customizable to fit nations' specific needs and interests
- Topics include: - Traditional Indigenous Leadership and Governance - Native Nation Rebuilding Philosophy - Today's Tribal Governance - Tribal, State, and Federal Relations
Virtual Workshop Series
- Available after nations complete workshop series
- Support for developing and implementing orientation and onboarding programs
- Helps strengthen sovereignty through sustainable leadership training
Technical Assistance
Focus: Making concepts accessible and highlighting practical implementation approaches for strengthening Tribal leadership and governance
