Overview: Provides customized consulting and technical assistance to Native nations in governance and capacity building, ranging from facilitation to constitution reform. Services are tailored to individual tribes' unique needs within the Native Nation Rebuilding principles framework.

    Candidate Forum Moderation

  • NGC acts as moderator for election candidate forums
  • Previous work with Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe and Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community

    Constitution Reform Consulting

  • Support with constitutional reform projects
  • Previous work with Minnesota Chippewa Tribe and Prairie Island Indian Community
  • Aligns constitutions with nations' status as sovereign nations

    Nation Rebuilding Orientation for Tribal Councils
