    Eligibility Requirements

  • Student must be an Indiana resident
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible noncitizen
  • Must be a high school graduate
  • Must sign and mail the Twenty-first Century Scholars pledge affirmation to the state by March 10 prior to fall semester college enrollment
  • Must have initially signed up for the program during grade 6, 7, or 8 at a school in Indiana
  • EFC Eligibility: Open

    Enrollment Requirements

  • Full-time enrollment each fall and spring semester
  • Eligible students must complete 30 credit hours per academic year

How to Apply

    Application Process

  • File the FAFSA by April 15 for the following fall semester
  • FAFSA corrections must be made by May 15
  • Sign and mail the Twenty-first Century Scholars pledge affirmation to the state by March 10 prior to fall semester college enrollment
