Geographic Scope: Washtenaw County
Program Purpose: Support arts and culture projects in Washtenaw County "neighborhoods" (geography, identity, or affinity) and have positive impact on local economy. Particularly interested in neighborhoods existing outside dominant narrative of arts and culture in Washtenaw County.
