Focus Areas Arts & Culture Initiatives that develop, enhance, and/or preserve the arts, music, culture and/or history of Emmet and/or Charlevoix counties.EnvironmentInitiatives that restore, revitalize, and/or enhance the environment and/or create and/or improve recreational opportunities in Emmet and/or Charlevoix counties.Health & WellnessInitiatives that improve the mental and/or physical well-being of people living in Emmet and/or Charlevoix counties.EducationInitiatives that further the educational process and/or improve access to education for children, adults and/or seniors living in Emmet and/or Charlevoix counties.FamilyInitiatives that strengthen and/or enhance the lives of children, families, and/or seniors living in Emmet and/or Charlevoix counties.

All Organizations applying to Impact100 Little Traverse Bay must be/have the following:Tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue CodeBased in Emmet and Charlevoix countiesAll funds must be used within the two countiesBe free of legal actions declared: including current or pending conflictsInitiatives eligible to apply for the Impact100 Little Traverse Bay grant must:Serve residents of and expend fully funds in any of the two counties listed aboveBe a new program, capital project, expansion of an existing program or a new or expanded collaborative effort of several nonprofit organizationsHave a total project budget for the full Impact100 available grantExpend funds within 12 months of the award date or notify Impact100 Little Traverse Bay of timeline changesDesignate one of the following focus areas: Arts & Culture Education Environment, Recreation & Preservation Family Health & WellnessGrant applicants must have a plan for sustainabilityIn possession of at least three full years (36 months) of independently prepared, audited, or reviewed financial statements or Form 990Two or more nonprofits may collaborate on a transformative process and submit a joint application, but the lead applicant must satisfy the stated eligibility requirementsGrant recipient must submit periodic progress reports and work with Impact100 Little Traverse Bay chairs for the duration of the grant periodEach organization may submit only one grant application per year Impact100 seeks proposals that expend grant funds within 12 months.
