Program Overview

The IMPACT FUND is the first initiative created by the Foundation's Board of Directors and is designed as a "Donor Advised Fund." The majority vote of the Foundation membership present at the Annual Corporate Meeting decides the designee of the grant. Foundation members select and direct a significant grant amount to a worthy nonprofit organization on an annual basis.

2026 Focus Area

Theme: "Bridging Education and Community Service to empower youth in the Black Community"

In various communities, systemic barriers exist that affect Black youth in both academics and athletics. The grant targets nonprofit organizations that focus on kindergarten through 12th-grade students to promote a holistic approach, combining education and physical development with clear, measurable outcomes in:

  • Leadership skills

  • Physical fitness
  • By focusing on community-based initiatives, the grant fosters pride in and connection to heritage, aligning with priorities of equity, inclusion, and access.

      Eligibility

    • Applicant Type: 501(c)(3) Organizations or International equivalents
