Illinois DNR Off-Highway Vehicle Grant Program

The Illinois DNR Off-Highway Vehicle Grant Program aims to enhance and maintain off-highway vehicle parks and trails across the state. Funds for the grant program come from the State Treasurer's "Off-Highway Vehicle Trails Fund," which includes revenues from OHV usage stamps.
