Objective The State Migratory Waterfowl Stamp Fund awards grants for projects aimed at developing waterfowl propagation areas in the Mississippi Flyway in Manitoba and Saskatchewan in Canada. This program is part of the Special Wildlife Funds Grant Program and is funded from the sale of State Migratory Waterfowl Stamps.
