Overview

Rochester Community and Technical College was awarded a Hunger Free Campus grant to support the "Nourish to Flourish: The RCTC HIVE Supply Expansion Initiative." The funding enhances food access for students at the Heintz Center campus through expansion of the HIVE Supply food pantry. This initiative aims to address food insecurity and alleviate financial stress, making education more accessible and ensuring that students can focus on their academic success.

Funding Context

As part of a competitive process, a review committee of community experts evaluated proposals, ultimately awarding $447,316.98 across 24 grantees for fiscal year 2025.
