HSCF Conservation Grants

Overview: HSCF provides conservation grants to support meaningful initiatives that align with the organization's mission to preserve hunting through education and conservation. The grants fund a variety of impactful projects across wildlife, education, and outdoor heritage.

Geographic Scope: United States (applicants must be U.S.-based)

Focus Areas:

  • Eligibility:

  • U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations

  • Grant Recipient Requirements:

  • Maintain records of all grant fund expenditures

  • Submit final report within one year of award or upon project completion

  • Credit HSCF in all public mentions of project and funding

  • Provide article and photographic documentation (HSCF retains permission to use content)

  • Funds must be used solely for approved project—no exceptions

  • No grant funds may be used for lobbying, political purposes, or indirect costs (IDC)

  • Additional/ongoing funding requires separate application

  • Noncompliance results in ineligibility for future funding
