Funding Focus Areas: Community Wellness Programs: Evidence-based programs aimed at improving population health.Behavioral Healthcare: Programs addressing behavioral health and substance abuse.Oral Healthcare: Services for vulnerable and underserved populations.Primary Healthcare Clinics: Investment in clinics within PHF service areas to assess availability and impact.Access to Prescription Medications: Initiatives to increase access to medications for underserved populations.Food Programs: Projects providing fresh, nutritious food to underserved areas (e.g., distribution hubs, storage, community gardens). Health Insurance Assistance: Support with accessing Medicaid and other health insurance programs affected by post-COVID government cutbacks.**Capacity Building: Projects that strengthen the organizational capacity of nonprofits, including strategic planning, board development, hiring consultants, IT/technology, training, and staff development.
