Overview:
The Hope Scholarship provides financial assistance to families seeking to attend Catholic schools. It is need-based and requires demonstration of financial need through income and expense documentation.

Eligibility:

  • Families seeking tuition assistance for Catholic school attendance

  • Must demonstrate financial need

  • Previously approved applicants can renew
  • Financial Information Required:

  • 2024 Adjusted Gross Income (tax return or W2 not required if previously provided and approved)

  • Documentation of additional income sources: alimony, child support, welfare, Medicaid, food stamps, government assistance, pension, retirement income, disability, social security benefits, or other income

  • Estimated value of liquid assets (cash, checking, savings, brokerage accounts)

  • Annual housing expenses (rent or mortgage including principal, interest, tax, and insurance)

  • Health insurance and out-of-pocket medical expenses

  • Daycare/after-school care or pre-K expenses

  • Tithe to parish or Archbishop's Catholic Appeal

  • Tuition paid to Catholic high school
