Organization: Communities United for Restorative Youth Justice (CURYJ)

Overview

A 15-week paid internship that builds a network of Oakland young leaders fighting for social justice. Interns learn social justice and job training through community organizing to defund the police and create alternatives to incarceration.

    Eligibility

  • Directly or indirectly impacted by incarceration, immigration, or foster care systems
  • Family members of those impacted by these systems
