Purpose

A structured annual cohort program for individuals pursuing a nursing degree. Designed to support high school students and create pathways to socio-economic mobility in the nursing profession while addressing critical national and regional demand for nurses and frontline caregivers.

Award Details

• Up to $10,000 per student annually
• Structured annual cohort format
• Renewable for up to four years with continued progress
• Covers: Tuition, fees, books, exam/licensure expenses and related academic costs

• High school students pursuing a nursing degree

• Must participate in quarterly cohort check-ins (in-person and remote options available)
