Purpose
Provide flexible, rolling grants to support residents who want to pursue careers in nursing. Addresses critical national and regional demand for nurses and frontline caregivers while creating pathways to socio-economic mobility.- Up to 15 students per year (starting with Fall 2027 cohort)
- Up to $5,000 per applicant
- Rolling basis (applications accepted continuously)
- One-time award with opportunity to re-apply annually
- Renewable for up to four years with continued academic progress

- Nursing pathways of applicant's choice
Eligible Programs
- Must be currently enrolled or officially accepted into a nursing pathway
- Must be completing U.S. licensure steps
- Continued financial support tied to academic progress each term
- Must participate in quarterly cohort check-ins (in-person and remote options available)
