Award Amounts

• Programs 1 Year or less: $500
• 2 Year (Associates Degree): $1,000
• 4 Year (Bachelor Degree): $2,500
• Graduate Level (PA, NP, PharmD, OT, PT): $6,000
• Doctorate Level (MD, DO, Optometry, Chiropractic, Dental): $10,000

Background

Scholarship began in 1989. In 2001, renamed Wayne A. Baker, RN Memorial Scholarship to honor Wayne, who was employed in the emergency room at Nason Hospital for 23 years before losing his life in an accident on his family farm in 2001.
