Harry and Myrtle Nabstedt Scholarship Grant

The Harry and Myrtle Nabstedt Scholarship, offered by the Quad Cities Community Foundation, supports students from Scott County, Iowa, pursuing post-secondary education at accredited institutions. With a maximum award of $8,000 per year, this need-based scholarship is renewable for up to five years, contingent on maintaining eligibility. Applicants must demonstrate financial need and a minimum GPA of 2.00, showcasing merit through community involvement and other activities.

Eligibility

Applicants must be a graduate of a high school in Scott County, Iowa.Scholarships may be given for either undergraduate or graduate study at any accredited community college, college, or university, or accredited trade/technical school.Academics (Minimum GPA of 2.00 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent grade point average)Demonstrated financial need Merit shown by involvement in community, school, work, or personal activitiesScholarships may be used for the costs of tuition, fees, books, and room and board.
