Mission: Dedicated to saving animals and the planet, and ending suffering through innovation, impact, protection, compassion, and stewardship across the country.

Focus Areas

The program funds life-saving projects addressing:

• Legal Aid: Support for legal cases addressing animal cruelty, neglect, and abuse; resources to ensure justice is pursued and accountability upheld in urgent cases
• Animal Welfare & Advocacy Programs: Access to spay/neuter services and mobile veterinary wellness clinics; community cat support and humane population control; aid for families facing pet food insecurity; advocacy and education programs fostering compassion and empathy; resources addressing farmed animal cruelty and horses in need
• Disaster Preparedness, Response & Pet Support: Grants for communities to build resilience and readiness in the face of natural disasters; emergency resources for survivors of domestic violence, helping them stay safe without having to leave their pets behind

• Geographic Origin: Organizations based around the country and internationally eligible
• International Organizations: Must have 501(c)(3) designation or an established, documented fiscal sponsorship with a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit

Program spearheaded by Monica Stevens with support from Board Member Joann Serafini and a trusted network of advocates. Result of combined thought-leadership and activism in the animal and environmental welfare space. Designed as a transformational movement to accelerate animal welfare work through catalytic grants and collaborative impact.
