All schools receiving a grant must become institutional members of IACE by paying $100 yearly membership

Reimbursement Process:

Schools are responsible for purchasing materials and sending invoices and proof of payment

IACE will reimburse the school by the end of the year

Schools unable to upfront costs can contact IACE to receive a list of accredited publishers that IACE can pay directly: [email protected]

Application Requirements:

Must attach quote for educational materials to be purchased

Can attach: quote from publisher OR screenshot of online cart containing order

Quote attachment is mandatory per Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs requirements

How to Apply

Application Process

1. Prepare Quote Documentation:
- Obtain quote from publisher, OR
- Take screenshot of online shopping cart with your order

2. Submit Grant Application:
- Fill out grant application form (available online)
- Attach quote or screenshot (mandatory)

3. Purchase Materials:
- School purchases educational materials and obtains invoices and proof of payment
- OR schools unable to upfront costs should contact IACE at [email protected] for list of accredited publishers IACE can pay directly

4. Submit Documentation for Reimbursement:
- Send invoices and proof of payment to IACE

5. Receive Reimbursement:
- IACE reimburses school by end of year
