Application Process for Grants Under $2,500

4. Submit required attachments
5. Review all information before final submission
6. Submit application
7. Receive confirmation email with copy of application

1. IRS Exemption Letter - Copy of current IRS tax-exempt determination letter (unless applicant is local government agency). If tax-exempt status is pending, provide explanation of application status. 501(c)(3) determination must be received prior to grant program beginning.
2. 990 Form - Copy of most recent 990 forms (if applicable)
3. Other Organizations - If other organizations will participate, provide names and letters describing their roles, specific activities agreed upon, and resources they will provide (if applicable)
4. Other Documents - Additional supporting documentation (if applicable)
