For individuals whose lives have been forever changed by sepsis, recovery can include life-altering challenges—including the loss of a limb. Through the Begin Again Foundation Amputee Fund, the Begin Again Foundation provides direct financial assistance to individuals who have experienced sepsis-related amputation.

• Prosthetics and assistive devices not covered by insurance

These funds offer essential support during recovery—helping survivors regain independence, mobility, and confidence as they begin again.

• Must have experienced sepsis-related amputation within the past six months
• Income must meet program guidelines
• Physician verification of sepsis-related amputation required

How to Apply
