Granger Ancarrow Scholarship The Granger Ancarrow Scholarship Program was established in 2000 to benefit graduating seniors from public high schools throughout metropolitan Richmond and the Tri-Cities area. The scholarship supports post-secondary educational scholarships for qualifying seniors from the “Central Region”, who demonstrate the same high standards encouraged by Granger Ancarrow, a coach and mentor to many track and field athletes.Eligibility
