The scholarship supports qualifying high school graduates residing in Northumberland County, Virginia. Scholarship awards are based primarily on financial need and preference will be given to students who are members of First Baptist Church, Heathsville, Macedonia Baptist Church, Heathsville and Shiloh Baptist Church, Burgess.
