Anne Anton Koval Scholarship The Anne Anton Koval Memorial Scholarship was established in 2005 by her family to memorialize Mrs. Koval. The purpose of the scholarship is to support adult learners in Central Virginia who are pursuing a career in health care and are in need of financial support. For the purposes of this scholarship, adult learners are defined as individuals who have completed high school but did not immediately pursue post-secondary education, or individuals who completed high school and earned a post-secondary degree, but have opted to return to school to pursue an alternative course of study. Eligible applicant must be pursuing a post-secondary degree in a health care field.
