By investing in education, the Giving Branch Foundation seeks to empower local residents and contribute positively to the community.

Overview

The Giving Branch is 100% funded by the Flat Branch Mortgage, Inc. employees. Our priority from the start was that the funds raised in the area go directly back into the community - a portion to local organizations, a portion to the United Way, and most importantly, the majority to individuals. It can be for anything, from helping with natural disaster recovery to unexpected hospital bills. We want to give back to the communities that have supported us for so long. The Scholarship This scholarship will give financial aid to working adults looking to pursue a higher education in the communities that Flat Branch Home Loans serves. The Giving Branch Scholarship recipient will be awarded between $500 and $5,000.
