Overview

Helping in the Communities We Serve The Giving Branch is 100% funded by the Flat Branch Mortgage, Inc. employees. Our priority from the start was that the funds raised in the area go directly back into the community - a portion to local organizations, a portion to the United Way, and most importantly, the majority to individuals. It can be for anything, from helping with natural disaster recovery to unexpected hospital bills. We want to give back to the communities that have supported us for so long. The Giving Branch Mission The mission of The Giving Branch is to give love to the communities that we serve. By distributing funds to individuals and local organizations in need of financial support, we are able to make a difference in our communities and help in a special way. We have helped local organizations meet their funding needs, supported local businesses in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic, and we have recently started offering scholarships to qualified individuals.
