Give Choose Grants

Funder: Community Foundation for Loudoun and Northern Fauquier Counties

The Give Choose Grants program, organized by the Community Foundation for Loudoun and Northern Fauquier Counties, invites local 501(c)3 nonprofits to participate in a 24-hour online giving event. Scheduled for March, this initiative aims to raise funds for local charities, having generated over $4.2 million since its inception in 2014. Nonprofits can register and access training through the guidelines available on the official website, fostering community support and engagement.

NOTE: The deadline above is the last day to register for Give Choose. The actual Give Choose event will take place in March.
About Give Choose
Give Choose is a 24-hour day of giving organized by the Community Foundation for Loudoun and Northern Fauquier Counties. It’s all about inspiring generosity and bringing the community together to support the nonprofits that make our region a better place to grow up and grow old.
The average gift is $250, but every dollar counts—even a $10 donation makes a difference. With over 170 nonprofits to choose from, you’re sure to find a cause you’re passionate about.

Eligibility

Any 501(c)3 nonprofit public charity directly serving and located in Loudoun and/or Northern Fauquier Counties is eligible to participate.All nonprofit organizations, returning and new, must register their participation. Give Choose gifts must be used for your programs and services benefitting Loudoun and/or Northern Fauquier Counties but are otherwise for general support.

Ineligibility

Donations may not be used to receive any material benefit to you, such as membership fees, event tickets, golf fees, admission tickets, T- shirts, or other gifts.The Community Foundation is not able to process requests for employer matching contributions for Give Choose.
