Public school districts and governmental entities should contact the Foundation office to obtain access to the portal.To be eligible to apply for an initial grant, the applicant’s gross unrestricted revenues per its Form 990 must have exceeded $50,000 (a) for its most recent fiscal year, or (b) an average of $50,000 for its past 3 consecutive fiscal yearsIneligibility
