Scoring Criteria
- Open to organizations and individuals
- Organizations must provide overview, purpose of request, financial information, and supporting documents
Eligibility
- Reapplication: Once a grant is awarded, there is a three-year wait period to reapply for new funding
- Application Limit: Should not exceed 12 pages with enclosures (not counting 990 Tax Return)
- Committee Meetings: Four times per year
- Notification: Written notice within 10 business days of committee meeting

Grant Application Process
Application Deadlines: Applications must be submitted by the 20th of March, June, September, and December to be considered at the following month's Committee meeting.

- Scope of project (geographic area and population to be served)
- Goals and objectives
- Plan of action and timetable
- Time period to be covered by the grant
- Amount of grant requested
- Benefits to be derived

- Current budget of the organization/cause
- Project budget (if applicable)
- Sources of other funding
- Use of funds
