Galloway Ridge Employee Scholarship Program

Funder: Galloway Ridge Charitable Fund

Program Purpose:
To attract and retain qualified employees by providing financial assistance for educational advancement. The program supports the development of a literate and educated workforce for the community.

Geographic Scope: North Carolina

Eligible Fields of Study:

Courses toward degree, diploma, certificate, or license

Accredited two-year or four-year colleges or universities in North Carolina

Distance education from accredited NC postsecondary institutions

Eligibility Requirements:

Must be current Galloway Ridge employee

Must have completed one (1) year of service at Galloway Ridge

Must have accumulated or be expected to accumulate 480 hours of work from January 1 through December 31 of the application year

Must maintain a "C" average or better in courses/program

Good performance record

Good attendance

Satisfactory annual reviews
