Overview
Program Purpose:
To attract and retain qualified employees by providing financial assistance for educational advancement. The program supports the development of a literate and educated workforce for the community.

- Courses toward degree, diploma, certificate, or license
- Accredited two-year or four-year colleges or universities in North Carolina
- Distance education from accredited NC postsecondary institutions
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be current Galloway Ridge employee
- Must have completed one (1) year of service at Galloway Ridge
- Must have accumulated or be expected to accumulate 480 hours of work from January 1 through December 31 of the application year
- Must maintain a "C" average or better in courses/program
- Good performance record
- Good attendance
- Satisfactory annual reviews
