Overview

NOTE: The June 30th deadline is for a mandatory conference. The District of Columbia (District), Department of Human Services (DHS), Family Services Administration (FSA), is seeking applications to provide housing and supportive services for the Youth Drop in Center program through funding for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026. The District seeks to continue its investment in youth drop in centers including one 24-hour drop in center and two Daytime drop-in centers for youth experiencing housing instability. Through the Drop-in centers, youth experiencing housing instability or homelessness youth ages 18 to 24 will receive supportive services with the goal of helping them become stably housed as well as obtaining resources, skills, and services. The 24 hour Drop in Center and Daytime Drop in Center included in this RFA must be focused on meaningfully engaging with at least 30-40 individuals per day.
