FY25 Continuum of Care Funding Competition

Purpose: The Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Competition provides collaborative funding and planning to help communities provide a full range of emergency, transitional, and permanent housing and supportive services to address the various needs of homeless persons.

  • Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH)

  • Transitional Housing (TH)

  • Supportive Services Only (SSO)

  • Rapid Re-housing (RRH)

  • Planning and HMIS projects
  • Recent Award: The Louisville Continuum of Care was awarded $9,184,304 for homeless assistance from HUD in a recent year. All applications were fully funded that year.

    Administration: The Coalition for the Homeless serves as the Collaborative Applicant for the competition.
