Overview

NOTE: The process begins with a conversation with the FFA Director.  Conversations should occur at least 3 weeks prior to the proposal deadline. The proposing organization may then be invited to submit a New Grant Proposal. Friends Foundation for the Aging FFA focuses its grant-making activity on innovative, impactful, collaborative and replicable programs that address aging issues and reflect FFA values. Most grants are made to Quaker organizations in the U.S. FFA also focuses on grants to 501C3 non-profit organizations in the PA-NJ-NY area which address unmet needs for aging adults in under-served populations. Mission Friends Foundation for the Aging is a Quaker foundation supporting organizations that provide innovative, sustainable, equitable programs and leadership to advance healthy aging for older adults and their families, grounded in Friends’ values. Vision A world where older adults have dignity and self-determination, are valued and respected, and have adequate resources, housing, healthcare, support and community.
