Freeman Bullock Scholarship
Overview: The Freeman Bullock Scholarship was established in honor of Freeman Bullock (1926-2009), Director and former President of Big Brothers Big Sisters Houston. Freeman was a decorated Navy veteran and graduate of the University of Texas Law School. He established his civil trial and appellate practice in Houston and served as former Associate Justice First Court of Appeals, former Director State Bar of Texas, and former Director Texas Trial Lawyers Association. Freeman also served as Director of Student Aid Foundation Enterprises where he was Vice President for over 50 years. This scholarship honors his many years of service.
