Our knowledge about important issues facing the Fox Valley Region is based on strong relationships with nonprofits and our unwavering pursuit of understanding our community needs. Individual gifts, when joined with others given through the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region, ensure the impact lasts forever so that our community will always flourish. We are a tax-exempt, publicly supported nonprofit organization managing charitable funds — mostly permanent endowments — created by many families, businesses and organizations. These funds generate grants for the long-term benefit of the people of the Fox Valley region of Wisconsin. Fox Cities Amateur Sports Authority Scholarship Award Amount: Five $5,000 renewable scholarships, payment schedule is dependent upon recipient’s college attendance. Attending a 2-year college/university or technical college: $2,500 payable each year in the fall semester, for a total of $5,000Attending a 4-year college/university: $1,250 payable each year in the fall semester, for a total of $5,000Eligibility

High school graduating seniors, continuing college students or non-traditional students who plan to attend, or continuing their education at a 2-year or 4-year UW institution or Wisconsin technical college as a part-time (minimum 6 credits) or full-time studentMust be a current resident of the Fox Cities area, including: Appleton, Buchanan, Clayton, Combined Locks, Fox Crossing, Freedom, Grand Chute, Greenville, Harrison, Hortonville, Kaukauna, Kimberly, Little Chute, Menasha, Neenah, Sherwood, Vandenbroek, WoodvilleCandidates who demonstrate good character or have overcome life experiences, who without such aid might not be able to successfully pursue their educationFinancial need will be consideredIneligibility
