Program Overview
The Founders Fellowship is an innovative program designed to encourage young women to learn about philanthropy and critical issues affecting the Philadelphia region, and to participate in collective giving grantmaking. The program is in its 4th annual application cycle as of the content date.Key Benefit: Fellowship members receive membership in IMPACT100 without paying the annual membership fee.
Preference: Given to applicants who do not have the resources to independently join IMPACT100.

- Evaluate grant proposals and participate in awarding grants

- Leadership development in philanthropy
