Foundation Initiatives

Purpose: Special investments beyond traditional grantmaking in which the Partnership identifies community health needs that are not currently being addressed by existing programs.

Current Focus Areas:

  • Housing/Homelessness: Community Partners for Change initiative supporting affordable, equitable, accessible housing for Cumberland County residents

  • Food Systems: Addressing food insecurity and nutrition

  • Home Health Care: Supporting aging in place and independent living

  • Wellness@Work: Workplace health and wellness programs

  • Perry County Health Coalition: Regional health coordination
  • Geographic Scope: Perry County, Central and Western Cumberland County, Northern Adams County, and the greater Shippensburg area
