About Us The Jane & Jack Fitzpatrick Trust is a private charitable foundation established in 2004 by its namesake founders. Long known for their philanthropy, the late Jane and Jack Fitzpatrick wished to continue the family’s tradition of generosity and involvement within Berkshire County through the formation of the Fitzpatrick Trust. Mission The Jane & Jack Fitzpatrick Trust provides capital grants to Berkshire County nonprofits as they work to benefit residents and enhance our vibrant community. Types of Support Capital improvement grants for making upgrades or renovations to existing buildings to enhance functionality Grants for fixed equipment, for the purchase/construction of a building or other capital projects. Occasionally, the Fitzpatrick Trust may consider: Design or planning grants Technology grants Land grants Seed money for a new initiative/project
