Festival Fund Application Process

Submission Format: Online form (4-step process)

Required Information:

Step 1: Organization Information

• Organization Name
• Contact Name and Title
• Organization Address
• Email and Phone

Step 2: Event Details

• Event Title
• Event Date and Time (start and end)
• Whether event is recurring (if yes, number of years)
• Volunteer involvement details (number of volunteers and estimated hours)
• Prior funding history with The International Center

Step 3: Application Details (Narrative Questions)

• Funding amount requested ($500-$2,000)
• Brief description of organization's audiences and mission
• Description of event and key activities
• Marketing plan and timeline for reaching target audiences (be specific)
• Benefits the event will bring to Central Indiana region and residents
• Partnerships/collaborations with other organizations (if applicable)
• How Festival Fund will be acknowledged at event
• How success and impact will be measured

Step 4: File Uploads

• Budget information (downloadable template provided)
• Sponsorship document (outlining benefit levels and committed sponsors)
• Proof of 501(c)(3) not-for-profit status (or fiscal agent's status if applicable)
