FAQ46 Grants - ERAP Affordable Housing Grants

Geographic Scope: State of Oklahoma

Focus Areas: Development of affordable housing serving very low-income households (under 50% of Area Median Income)

Eligibility:

  • Nonprofits, for-profits, governmental, and quasi-governmental entities in good standing

  • Must have received some federal funding for a current or prior housing project (new construction, rehabilitation, or operation)

    • Eligible Projects:

  • Construction or rehabilitation of rental housing in Oklahoma

  • Must serve households under 50% of AMI (very low-income households)

  • Construction of funded project must be completed by August 21, 2025

    • Status: Application deadline EXTENDED to 6:00 pm CDT on April 24, 2024 (past deadline - likely no longer accepting)

    Application Process

    1. Read RFP Instructions - Review the Request for Proposal instructions linked on the grant page
    2. Complete Google Form - Fill out the main application form via Google Form
    3. Complete Seven Supplemental Documents:
    - Low Income Housing Experience
    - Project Team Member Certificate
    - Non-Collusion Certificate
    - Non-Discrimination Certificate
    - Qualified Contract Waiver
    - Identity of Interest Form
    - Additional document as specified

    Required Materials

    Google Account: You will need a Google email (Gmail account) to access the online form. Signing up is free. If you don't have Gmail, you can request the documents be emailed to you at faq46info@cfok.org

    Submission Format: Complete the Google Form and supplemental documents. Print the application form and upload upon request via Dropbox link.

    Deadlines:

  • Drop Box link may be requested until 6:00 pm CDT on April 20, 2024

  • All proposals and attachments due 6:00 pm CDT on April 24, 2024

  • Questions must be submitted by 6:00 pm CDT on March 27, 2024

  • Answers published April 5, 2024

  • Applicant notifications by May 15, 2024
