Community Need: Approximately 40% of working families in Sedgwick County are considered ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed), living paycheck to paycheck and struggling to afford basic necessities like housing

Program Components:

211 Information and Referral Service: Expert guidance and resource connections

Housing Navigators: Personalized support for families facing housing crisis

Financial Assistance: Direct support to help families remain housed or transition to housing

Community Partnerships: Collaboration with local partners to provide comprehensive support

Focus: Prevention and rapid rehousing to make homelessness "rare, brief, and non-recurring"
