Faith in Action Grants Program

  • Project Description: Provide a description of the project, including:

  • - Why the project is needed
    - Expected outcomes
    - Strategy for evaluating the success of the project
  • Organization Description: Describe your parish or organization, including:

  • - Population and community served
    - Any unique challenges in your service area
  • Budget: Provide a complete budget (income and expenses) for your project

  • Funding Plan: Describe plans for obtaining other funding needed to carry out the project, if necessary, including:

  • - Fundraising strategies
    - Amounts requested from other known or potential fund sources
  • Sustainability Plan: If the project is expected to continue beyond the grant period, describe plans for assuring continued funding after the grant period
