Explore the Ozarks Fund Grant

The Explore the Ozarks Fund Grant aims to enhance conservation education for K-12 students in the Ozarks by providing funding for various educational experiences. Eligible projects can include transportation for field trips, entry costs for students, and curriculum development. The grant requires a 1:1 match from the receiving organization, ensuring community involvement and support for these valuable educational initiatives.

NOTE: Applications are considered on a rolling basis. Requests for funding should be submitted at least 30 days before your scheduled field or learning experience. You will receive funding via a mailed grant check or be notified of a denied application within two weeks of submitting your complete application.

Eligibility

Grants made from the Fund for conservation education must be matched by the grantee receiving organization on a 1:1 basis. Match dollars must be substantiated to the Community Foundation of the Ozarks, and must include additional dollars raised not in-kind support.
