Summary

The ESA Youth Scholarship Program, by the Electronic Security Association, provides financial support to children of first responders, having awarded over $941,500 to date. Eligible applicants are high school seniors with parents who are full-time active first responders. Each scholarship winner receives $1,000 and a chance to compete for larger awards of $14,000 for first place and $5,000 for second place. Applications are welcomed from students in participating states.

Overview

ESA Youth Scholarship Program The ESA Youth Scholarship Program has contributed over $1 million to help deserving children of first responders pursue their educational goals nationwide. Students whose parents serve in a participating state must apply in that state. If state is not listed below with a participating association, students should apply directly to ESA below. Over 20 awards will be given! First round winners from each state and the ESA award will be automatically considered for an additional National ESA Scholarship Prize of: $15,000 first place and $2,500 second place.
