- Building use description (if "Other" category applies)
- Note: Buildings 50,000+ sq ft must benchmark energy data with the City

3. Energy Efficiency Project Details Section:
- Required: Organization's goal for the energy efficiency project
- Required: Estimated energy savings from project
- Required: Project focus (select from: Energy audit, Equipment replacement/upgrade, Planning for building programming changes, Energy recommissioning, Indoor air quality concerns, Reduce electricity profile, Reduce thermal profile, Reduce carbon profile, Other)
- Required: Describe proposed project or need
- Budget information (if known)
- Estimated funding required from external sources
- Challenges preventing implementation
- External financing limitations (if applicable)
- Time sensitivity concerns (if applicable)
- Resources organization can provide (select applicable: Project manager, Contractor(s), Funding, Financing, Other)
- Recent energy efficiency work completed in building
- Recent studies/energy analyses completed
